These cost listed below are not exact cost but should give you our customers a general idea of how contractors bid your project. If repairs are needed to make the roof certifiable and PJD completes the work we submit the roof certification along with an explanation of what work need to be done in order for the roof to pass. If the roof doesn't pass we submit an explanation of the repairs needed to have the roof pass.
