set of working drawings and plans. Most of these company's fail to
inform you that the drawings aren't enough to pull a building permit. In
turn costing you the purchaser delay's, lost time, and thousands more
while an engineer recalculates, redraws the structural details and
stamps your drawings.
When using our company we
deliver to you the following

Once the design is drawn to meet your needs the added
cost of engineering is applied. This cost is either by the sq. ft. or by
the hour.
The cost of both architectural design and structural
design will run from 7% to 12% of the project cost.
