Yes I spoke to Zoning          I haven't spoken with anyone     Building Department said I need a contractor  

Building department said I need a engineer     I was told could be approved dependent on plans        

Are you looking for complete construction services from PJD: (designing, drawings, build it) Although we like to build what we draw Our plans can be used and understood by any experienced contractor Yes we do provide drafting only services

I just need blue prints or plan I will build it myself  I have someone in the family who will build it for me   

If PJD can make it work I want PJD to build it       All I want is the foundation, rough frame, roof and siding installed
